the location was acceptable given i could walk to the train station. it was reasonably close.
the wifi was a joke, it barely worked. i complained to the front desk. their solution was basically to shrug and say they reset the routers, it remained unusable the entire time, frustrating. the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine but didn't actually cool the room.

The location was quite good. It was easy to reach the city sights and the Olympia-Stadion.
The floor under the beds was to be rarely cleaned. It was full of thick dust my children discovered when looking for a toy. There was a TV in the room, but there was no kettle or cups. These are modern minimums even if it is more like a hostel type of hotel.

I liked the available individual beds. It was great for our family. the train accessibility was also a huge plus. the coffee shop downstairs was a convenient addition for a quick morning boost. it made everything easier. the area around the hotel is close to upscale shops. We found some great stores.
the wifi signal was weak in my room, i had to go to the lobby for reliable internet.

The staff seemed friendly and helpful. I appreciate their willingness to assist. there was free luggage storage available after checkout. I could securely store my bags in lockers. early check-in was accommodated, a welcome convenience. We could settle in sooner.

The room was well-equipped and quite clean. our room had large windows. These allowed for a good view and the possibility to darken the room for sleep. the beds were comfortable. They ensured a restful night.

The location is great for public transport, with the station nearby. the hotel is also a short walk from the tiergarten. easy access to shopping and dining options makes it a convenient base. the proximity to the zoo is also a plus. We could visit it easily.

Breakfast offered a good variety of options. I found tasty choices. there were eggs, sausages, cheeses, and ham available. sometimes pancakes were cooked. That was a nice treat. a selection of salads and fruits was also available.

the location is convenient i found many opportunities for sightseeing nearby shopping was also easy the public transport connections were excellent i really appreciated the safe box in the room it kept my valuables secure

the rooms were spacious and clean. the rooftop deck offered a nice view (i loved watching the city from up there!). the staff was friendly and always ready to assist.
the beds felt too small for comfort. i also found that there were not enough amenities in the room. the bathroom door did not stay open, a bit inconvenient.
